SMS Terms & Privacy Policy

When you book an appointment at book.goodeye.co, we send up to two automated SMS messages per booking:

• A booking confirmation immediately after you submit the form.
• A reminder approximately 24 hours before your appointment.

All automated SMS messages are sent from (831) 999-7517 and prefixed[GoodEye Booking] so you can recognize them. Chris may also text you personally from his own cell number — those are not automated and are not covered by these terms.

SMS reminders are optional. The booking form at book.goodeye.co includes a consent checkbox that is unchecked by default, labeled "Text me my booking confirmation and a reminder 24 hours before my appointment." You will only receive automated SMS if you affirmatively check that box before submitting the form. Leave it unchecked for email-only — your booking still goes through, you just won't receive any SMS from the automated system.

At any time, reply STOP to any message from (831) 999-7517 to opt out of all future automated messages. Twilio (our SMS provider) handles STOP requests at the carrier level — you'll get a final confirmation, then no further messages will reach you. Reply START later to opt back in.

For help, reply HELP or email chris@goodeyephotography.com. We do not actively monitor replies to (831) 999-7517 — for anything beyond STOP/HELP/START, please email instead.

Up to 2 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

We collect your name, email address, phone number, and the details you provide in the booking form. That information is used to:

• Confirm and remind you about your appointment.
• Add the appointment to Chris's calendar so he shows up on time.
• Help Chris prepare for your shoot or call.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number, email, or booking details with third parties for marketing purposes. We use Twilio to deliver SMS, Google Calendar to track appointments, Gmail to send confirmation emails, and Neon (PostgreSQL hosting) to store your booking — these providers only receive the data they need to deliver the service.

Mobile information and SMS consent: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services, solely to the extent necessary to deliver the messages you opted in to receive.

You can request deletion of your booking data at any time by emailing chris@goodeyephotography.com.

Carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and US Cellular are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
